Job Description
To be responsible for overseeing and managing the marketing and communications function to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and managing all administrative procedures and systems to ensure smooth operations of the Fund
Developing and reviewing policies, strategies, plans and budgets related to administrative functions
Overseeing implementation of administrative policies, systems, procedures, plans and budgets.
Identifying bottlenecks in administrative processes and implementing effective remedial actions
Managing office logistical support services such as secretarial, messengerial, transport, registry, cleaning, security and fleet management
Managing the purchasing, maintenance and allocation of office space, supplies, equipment, vehicles and technology
Developing communication channels to facilitate smooth flow of information within the organization to facilitate Fund’s operations.
Collaborating with other departments to align administrative strategies, policies and plans with overall organizational goals.
Representing the administration division in meetings with stakeholders as necessary.
Preparing and submitting periodic reports.
Qualification and Experience
Master’s Degree in either Business/Public Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
Must be a registered member of a relevant professional body in Malawi.
5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in customer service management or marketing roles, preferably within the financial sector or non-profit organizations.
