Loan Products

ONBOARDING

  1. Client query (walk-in and self-mobilized) registered.
  2. Requirements briefing and handover of requirements handout (standardized).
  3. Loan application received with all requirements. Application registered.
  4. Assigned Loan Officer receives loan application.
  5. Loan assessment (business plus home) and training (Group and Individual Loan).
  6. Loan Officer submits file to Area Supervisor.

APPROVAL PROCESS

  1. Area Supervisor (ASPV) checks the file and assesses the clients (including conducting Group Recognition Test (GRT) for groups).
  2. ASPV sends the file to Credit and Risk for credit and risk assessment.
  3. Credit and Risk checks the file, notes observations, and sends it back to ASPV.
  4. ASPV and Loan Officer (LO) work on the observations and report back to Credit.
  5. Credit Analyst arranges a Risk & Compliance Committee (RCOC) meeting in consultation with the Regional Manager (RM). Notice of the RCOC meeting is sent to ASPVs.
  6. RCOC considers the file, makes a decision, and communicates it to ASPV.
  7. ASPV and LO advise the client of approval and prepare the Loan Offer and Loan Agreement.
  8. LO presents the Loan Offer and Loan Agreement to clients for signing. Once signed and security is perfected, they are advised to deposit fees.
  9. The file is then presented to the Data Entry Clerk at the branch for creation in the system.

DISBURSEMENT BACKOFFICE

  1. ASPV and LO advise the client of approval and prepare the Loan Offer and Loan Agreement.
  2. LO presents the Loan Offer and Loan Agreement to clients for signing. Once signed and security is perfected, they are advised to deposit fees.
  3. The file is then presented to the Data Entry Clerk at the branch for creation in the system.

POST DISBURSEMENT

  1. Loan Officer (LO) prepares transfer sheet and submits to ASPV together with a copy of the fees deposit slip and account verification slip.
  2. Area Supervisor (ASPV) checks transfer sheet information in the system and prepares a disbursement request to present to the Regional Manager (RM).
  3. Regional Manager (RM) checks the transfer sheet and signs the disbursement request memo.
