Mr. Jephta Mtema is a high caliber and extremely focused finance and administration professional with vast experience in the financial and administrative management of both donor-funded organizations and commercial entities. Having worked in various finance and management positions for the past 21 years, Mtema has wide experience in organizational strategy development and implementation, organizational leadership in staff management and financial control. He is currently serving as the Board Chairperson for National Economic Empowerment Fund (NEEF) Limited.
